1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PolyTrack ("Service", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PolyTrack is a portfolio analytics and intelligence platform for Polymarket prediction markets. The Service provides:

  • Real-time portfolio tracking via public Polymarket APIs
  • AI-powered market analysis and signals
  • Copy trading tools and wallet monitoring
  • PnL history, win rate analytics, and smart alerts
  • CSV export and tax reporting utilities

PolyTrack is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Polymarket, Inc. We access only publicly available on-chain and API data.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using PolyTrack you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and that your use of the Service does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.

Prediction market activity may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Service and any associated prediction market activity is legal in your jurisdiction.

4. Accounts and Access

Some features of the Service require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@polytracking.net if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or otherwise threaten the integrity of the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Scrape, crawl, or programmatically access the Service in ways that burden our infrastructure
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
  • Use the Service to manipulate prediction markets or engage in wash trading
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Transmit any malware, viruses, or other malicious code
  • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the Service

6. Data and Privacy

PolyTrack displays publicly available blockchain and Polymarket data. We do not store your private keys, seed phrases, or any credentials. Wallet addresses you enter are used solely to query public APIs and are not stored beyond your session unless you explicitly create an account.

We may collect anonymized usage analytics to improve the Service. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

PolyTrack provides informational and analytical tools only. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You should conduct your own research and consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment or trading decisions.

Past performance of any market, position, or trader visible on the Service does not guarantee future results.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL POLYTRACK, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PolyTrack. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or software without our express written permission.

Data displayed by the Service (market prices, positions, on-chain data) is sourced from public APIs and is not owned by PolyTrack.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at support@polytracking.net.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, by email or prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
