Is PolyTrack affiliated with Polymarket?
No. PolyTrack is an independent analytics tool. We access Polymarket's publicly available API data but are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Polymarket, Inc.
Does PolyTrack store my wallet or private keys?
Never. PolyTrack reads only public on-chain and API data. We do not store, transmit, or have access to private keys, seed phrases, or any credentials. Wallet addresses you enter are used only to query public APIs.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Email support@polytracking.net with your account email and we'll cancel immediately with no questions asked. You retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
Can I track someone else's wallet?
Yes. Any public Polymarket wallet address can be tracked — it's all on-chain public data. This is how copy trading features work. You can follow top traders and view their live positions.
Do you offer an API for developers?
Yes, on the Institutional plan. Contact partnerships@polytracking.net for API documentation, rate limits, and pricing details.
